This winter has been really difficult for me. Not only did I start the season with the flu, but this week I have been in the hospital with Community Acquired phenmonia.
This phnemonia has zapped my energy and I have not been able to stay awake all week and has left me struggling to take in adequate nutrition.
I saw my nurse practitioner today who's going to be prescribing my meds and she wants to talk to my therapist about having me do a day program for my eating disorder. So sadly things are not going to well right now.
Today I did get a lot done around the house and paid some bills so that was good. Tomorrow I hope to continue this progress since I am a week behind in responsibilities now.
All I can say for now is I am trying to "keep on truckin!"
